Please consider the following when booking an appointment:
- If you are an enrolled patient with access to Manage My Health click here to book your appointment otherwise call us on 0800 242 200
- Appointments are 15 minutes long when seeing the doctor for one issue. For complex issues, please advise reception at time of booking so that the appropriate appointment is booked for you.
- Please be aware that children’s immunisations, travel immunisations and cervical screenings are Nurse-Led Clinic appointments.
- Family members are welcome. Please ensure they are registered with us when making appointments.
- If for any reason you no longer require your booking, please ensure that you call us at least 2 hours before your appointment time. Failing to cancel on time may incur a charge equivalent to a full consultation.

Is there wheelchair access onsite?
Of course! Our clinic is singular level, making services more accessible for our patients. We also have various disability parking spaces right out front.
Can I still visit if I am infectious?
Yes, you will just need to contact us before arriving for your appointment, and our team will advise you on further steps. We also have our “red rooms” available designated for those with viral infections, complete with a separate waiting area.
How do I become a registered patient?
To enrol with us, you can send us a message on our contact form, and make sure to select “New Patient Enrolments” from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, you can come to our clinic with the required paperwork.
Can I bring a support person with me to my appointment?
Yes, you can bring someone to support you – we want you to feel safe and comfortable in your health journey.
Why do I need to give two hours notice to cancel an appointment?
Giving us two hours notice before cancelling your appointment allows us time to reallocate your slot to other patients who need to be seen.
