Outreach Service
Our outreach service is about providing access, building bridges and making connections that matter. Our team works together with Health New Zealand, making sure that everyone has access to essential services vital for their wellbeing.
Our outreach team works with our clinicians to coordinate visits with individuals and whānau in our local area, who are unable to engage with existing services.
The services provided in these home visits includes immunisations, screenings, health advice, and more, reflecting our commitment to provide equitable access for all.
