Same day appointments for urgent/acute care, this service is available to enrolled patients only.
Whether it’s an unexpected illness or sudden symptoms, our acute clinic is a specialised service dedicated to promptly addressing your health needs.
Urgent/Acute Conditions:
- All new accidents/injuries – ACC (not including Medical Certificate or Paperwork)
- Cold-like/flu symptoms
- Asthma/wheezing
- Ongoing chest pain for longer than 24 hours
- Unwell under 14 years or 70 years+ with fever, vomiting, diarrhea or pain
- Adult with continuous vomiting and/or diarrhea for more than 24 hours
- Fever only – under 3 year old
- Sore throats
- Rash/skin conditions
- Allergic reactions
- Pain (severe/moderate)
- Eye or ear infections/Pain
- Inability to urinate
- UTI symptoms
- Visual disturbance
- Patient or carer with extreme concern
- Post-op problems
- Abuse or assault
